Teknon's emergency medical department

Centro Médico Teknon has a comprehensive emergency department that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide patients with quality medical treatment in a safe environment.

The Emergency Department, directed by Dr Sara Villar del Saz Cano, comprises a multidisciplinary team dedicated to addressing all of our patients' needs. The Service consists of four distinct areas: Paediatric emergencies (0 to 16 years), Traumatology-Surgery, Gynaecology-Obstetrics and General Medicine Emergencies. It also has specialists from other areas who can be called upon if their intervention is required.

State-of-the-art facilities to respond to emergencies

At Centro Médico Teknon, we know that the Emergency Department must be equipped with the best technology so that our professionals have everything they need to deal with the various medical emergencies that arise. For this reason, the facilities providing this service are organised and equipped to treat everything from minor conditions to more serious illnesses.

The circuits and responses in the Emergency Department are analysed periodically with the aim of improving the service provided to patients, in line with Teknon's quality management culture.
