Teknon Club services are available to private patients during their stay at our centre.

Teknon Club offers you continuous support with a personal assistant in the language you need, including admission and administrative management and visits with specialists in an exclusive ward.
Guide for private surgery patients
Upon arrival at the clinic, member patients first check in at the Teknon Club Admissions desk and a porter/assistant will then bring them to the assigned room.
Once in the room, you will be informed of the room's features and how to use the bell to call the nursing staff. The nursing staff will then proceed to carry out an assessment before the procedure.
Tests that should also be brought:
- Informed consent
- Complete pre-operative:
- Analytics
- X-rays
- ECG
- Complementary tests
- PCR
- List of medication you take regularly
- The patient must remove dentures, nail polish, earrings, etc.
Clinical information
During your admission, the doctor attending to you will inform you about the tests that will be performed and the progress of your health condition.
Support
In the event of surgical admission, once the surgery is complete, the patient will be transferred to the post-operative recovery unit, where they will remain under observation until a decision is made regarding their transfer to a ward or another inpatient unit.
Minors must always be accompanied by a family member or designated companion, and we recommend that elderly patients be accompanied as well.
Visits
We don't have established visiting hours for inpatients, but it's suggested that visits wrap up by 8 p.m. to help patients get their necessary rest.
Discharge
You will be informed of your discharge as soon as the medical team deems it feasible. Whenever possible, you will be notified 24 hours in advance so that you and your family can make the necessary arrangements.
The doctor will give you the discharge report, which will include instructions on care and medication you should take.
The hospital staff will provide you with the documentation related to your admission and will explain how to process your administrative discharge.

Services
Customer Service
Located directly in front of the Marquesa café, this service is available to all patients and their companions at the centre. Its main purpose is to make their stay as comfortable as possible and answer any questions or address any needs they may have in relation to their admission or visit.
Cafeteria
Centro Médico Teknon has a cafeteria and restaurant service available for companions, family members and visitors. Its extensive opening hours allow you to visit at any time of day and order takeaway meals.
Food and drink vending machines are also available on all hospital wards.
Laundry
We offer a laundry service for inpatients. To request this service, please contact the cleaning staff, who will provide you with the schedule and applicable rates.
Hairdressing/ aesthetics
Patients and their companions may request hairdressing and aesthetics/beauty services by informing the ward nursing staff.
Wi-Fi
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi. Please ask at the main reception or the floor staff for the password.
Meals
A team of dietetics and nutrition specialists at the hospital will ensure that you receive a balanced diet that is appropriate for your personal situation.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform the ward nursing staff and we will endeavour to accommodate them.
