Since 2002, ITRT has developed a pioneering and regulated clinical model.

Clinical evidence from ITRT in advanced therapy medicinal products with Cultured Mesenchymal Cells (CMC)


ITRT’s scientific development is based on clinical trials conducted with advanced therapy medicinal products using Cultured Mesenchymal Cells (CMC), all authorized and overseen by the health authorities.

Each clinical trial was previously reviewed and approved by an Independent Ethics Committee (CEIm) and received authorization from the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS).

According to current regulations, since January 1st, 2013, all trials have been registered before initiation in the official EudraCT and ClinicalTrials.gov databases, ensuring transparency, traceability, and regulatory compliance throughout the research process.
