Pain prevention has proven to be very effective when a series of measures are followed. At its core, prevention necessitates a healthy lifestyle, informed by a holistic viewpoint and the incorporation of physical movement, sound dietary choices, and stress handling into our routines and habits.

Exercise, always tailored to each patient's condition, is particularly recommended.

Your diet should include fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidant polyphenols to reduce inflammation, as well as Omega 3 fatty acids and plenty of water.

The sensation of pain is associated with low moods and high levels of worry, which causes stress. Anxiety can make your pain worse because the areas of the brain involved in processing pain and emotions are very close together.
