Scientific studies following international ethical and quality standards
The 22 clinical trials that ITRT has conducted over more than 20 years have become the largest scientific knowledge base in the world in this field. These clinical trials were first initiated in an animal model which, once validated by the health authorities, moved on to a human model.
Various trials have demonstrated the effectiveness and safety of Cultured Mesenchymal Stem Cell (CMSC) therapy in the regeneration of tendons, bones, cartilage, vertebral discs, and salivary glands. Clinical trials have also been conducted comparing the action of CMSC with other treatments such as PRP.
All of this is subject to prior authorisation and supervision by research ethics committees and the competent health authorities. You can read more about these clinical trials at ITRT.
Clinical Trials with Stem Cells
Stem cells have the ability to multiply indefinitely and give rise to cells specific to different tissues, such as bone or cartilage.
